Table for Fourupdated July 15, 2026

Privacy.

We introduce couples — over dinner mostly, sometimes another kind of evening. We keep what we need to set four people up and book the plan, and the point of this page is that you know exactly which of your answers other people will read — because one set is written to be read, and the rest is written to nobody but us.

What we keep

Your names, your mobile numbers, your zip code and neighborhood, your household’s life stage, which evenings you two are usually free, and the answers you give us. When an evening is booked we keep the reservation details, and each person’s confirmation. That’s the list.

The two kinds of answers

Published: the three lines your partner wrote about you, and the three you wrote about them. Each of you reads the other’s before anything goes out. Once accepted, those lines appear on your card, and couples we introduce you to will read them.

Private: everything else — the story you told us, what’s going on with you two right now, your free evenings, your votes, your feedback afterward. Private means nobody: not the couples you meet, and not your own partner. How you voted and what you said afterward stays between you and us, permanently.

Texts

The whole service runs over SMS — invitations, introductions, confirmations, a reminder the day of, and two questions the morning after. That’s the full list; we don’t send marketing texts. Message frequency is a few per fortnight. Message and data rates may apply. Messages are delivered by Twilio, which processes phone numbers and message contents on our behalf.

Payments

Cards are collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or hold your card number — we keep only Stripe’s reference identifiers and a record of each charge.

Who else sees anything

Nobody, beyond the services that run the thing: Twilio for texts, Stripe for payments, and our hosting and database providers. We don’t sell your information, we don’t share it with advertisers, and there is no analytics company reading your answers. When we book somewhere, the venue gets a first name and a party size.

Deleting your data

Text us and ask. We’ll remove your couple from the book and delete your answers, your votes, and your feedback. Records of past charges are kept as long as tax law makes us.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we’ll text you — that’s the channel for everything else that matters, too. Questions: text a person at (408) 647-8913.
